Our Aims
We promote high standards of planning and architecture in or affecting the Parish, to support civic pride.
We inform the public of the geography, history, natural history and architecture of the area.
We secure preservation, protection, development and improvement of features of historic or public interest.
We promote research, make surveys, prepare maps and plans and collect information in relation to any place or building of interest within the area.
We act as a co-ordinating body and co-operate with local authorities, voluntary organisations, charities and persons having aims similar to those of the Trust.
We publish papers, reports and other literature and assist charitable activities.
We organise litter picks, hold meetings, lectures & exhibitions.
